    College Pressure Works started in October 2025 with a simple idea: build something of our own. What began as a college side hustle quickly turned into a serious business built on hard work, long days, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As college students here in Tampa, we didn’t just want part-time jobs — we wanted to create opportunity, take ownership of our future, and prove that young entrepreneurs can deliver professional-level results.

    The idea came from seeing how many homes around Tampa had driveways, sidewalks, and pool decks covered in dirt, algae, and Florida mildew. We realized that with the right equipment, the right systems, and the right work ethic, we could provide a service that instantly transforms a property. The first few jobs came from neighbors and word of mouth. From there, the results spoke for themselves.

    We built College Pressure Works on three core values: hustle, quality, and integrity. Being college-run doesn’t mean cutting corners — it means working harder.
